These terms govern your use of gini.health, the waitlist, and founding membership. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or continuing to payment, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a membership.
Who can use Gini
You must be 18 or older and located in the United States. Founding membership is limited to people assigned female at birth who are not pregnant and who do not plan to be pregnant by our October launch. We may decline or cancel a reservation if these conditions are not met.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist asks us to email you about Gini. It is not a purchase and does not guarantee a kit, a launch date, or founding pricing.
Founding membership
Founding membership is a paid reservation for Gini's annual plan at founding pricing, limited to our first 100 founding members. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your kit is intended to ship at our October 2026 launch. Launch timing can move.
The price shown before checkout is an estimate. Tax is calculated at payment based on your shipping address.
Founding pricing is meant to continue through renewals for members who remain enrolled, as described on the site at the time you buy. We will tell you before a material change to that commitment.

What Gini is not
Gini is an at-home blood collection and testing service with informational insights. It is not a medical device, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Results may be clinician-reviewed for quality. That is not a medical visit or emergency care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Do not use Gini if you are pregnant, think you might be pregnant, or plan to be pregnant by our October launch.
Your information
You agree that the information you submit is accurate. How we use it is described in the Privacy Policy and the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.
Site and content
The site, name, and materials are owned by Gini Health. You may not copy or misuse them. We may change or suspend the site.
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Gini is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from the site, waitlist, or a founding-member reservation. Some states do not allow certain limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
