Notice of Privacy Practices

This page is reserved for Gini's HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices. That notice is required when we are a HIPAA covered entity and are providing testing services. It is not in effect yet.

We are not yet collecting blood, running labs, or returning clinical results. Until we are, the Privacy Policy and Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describe how we handle waitlist and founding-member information.

When kits ship and results are returned, this page will be replaced with the full notice, and we will link it in the footer and at first service.
